Performance and tuning components
Some performance products:
May not be legal for road use
May void manufacturer warranties
May require professional installation
May alter vehicle safety, emissions, or compliance status
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable and lawful for their intended use.
4. Pricing & GST
All prices are listed in NZD.
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders
Cancel orders due to pricing errors
Cancel orders if stock is unavailable
Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
Fuji Autohaus is not responsible for:
Courier delays
Customs delays
Loss or damage once goods are handed to the courier (unless required under NZ consumer law)
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply to defective goods.
We will repair, replace, or refund products where required under NZ law.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind (unless approved at our discretion)
Incorrectly ordered parts
Installed or used performance parts
Custom or special-order items

8. Performance & Tuning Disclaimer
Performance and tuning products:
Are sold for off-road or motorsport use unless stated otherwise
May increase stress on engine, drivetrain, suspension, or braking systems
May cause mechanical failure if improperly installed or tuned
Fuji Autohaus is not liable for:
Engine or mechanical failure
Loss of vehicle warranty
Loss of registration or WOF
Fines or penalties resulting from illegal road use
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, vehicle downtime, or workshop costs.
Nothing in this clause limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act for personal-use purchases.

Customers are responsible for confirming:

Fitment specifications
Legal compliance in their region

Incorrectly ordered parts may not be eligible for return.
